A trip anywhere in the vicinity of Chippewa Falls deserves a stop at the Leinenkugel Brewing Company! As one of the oldest craft breweries in the nation, this tour gives an excellent history of the founding of this company as well as what goes into making their famous beer.

Jon and Kim Hamilton established White Winter Winery in the summer of 1996 in the northern Wisconsin town of Iron River. Creators of High Quality, * Mead * Bracketts (honey and grain) * Pyments (honey and grape) * Melomels (honey and fruit) * Metheglins (honey and spices) * Hard ciders using locally produced fruits and honey, *Fruit Spritz and non-alcoholic varieties.
Specializing in mead (honey wine).. Mead is a wine in which the fermentable sugars come from honey. Meads come in a variety of styles and sweetness ranging from robust, dry red style to a full sweet honey flavor.

Sample the wines while enjoying the view of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands from more than 600 ft. above lake level. Specializing in traditional hard ciders, meads and country wines from locally grown fruits and honey.
You will find the Bayfield Winery at Hauser's Superior View Farm, our family's apple orchard and farm, which has been continuously owned and operated by the Hauser family since 1908. Visit our historic barn, picnic among the wildflowers or apple blossoms. In the fall, taste our fresh cider and pick your own apples.

Small craft brewer of fine lagers and ales. Located in the historic Dallas Creamery building on the mill pond. Free tours and tastings sat at 1pm.
Established in August of 1994, Viking fired its kettle for the first time on Labor Day of 1996. Since then, Viking has brewed 18 styles of beers of their own, plus contract brews.
Enjoy a tour of this fascinating brewery and even partake of samples of their brew on Saturdays at 1 pm.
