As one of the few privately owned and operated small cheese factories in Wisconsin, Union Star’s tradition of excellence stands alone. We use the freshest milk from local dairies and carefully attend to the details that make each and every small batch of handcrafted cheese a unique work of art - prized for distinctive richness, flavor, texture, and aroma.

We invite you to stop by and sample our cheeses. Since we're open seven days a week, you can also tour our facilities and learn about the art of cheesemaking.
