Pine Line Recreation Bike Trail, Wisconsin (WI)
A 28-mile trail that follows a former railroad bed from Medford to Prentice in north-central Wisconsin. All bridges and trestles along the route have been converted for trail use.

Five miles of the trail have been surfaced with limestone screenings with the remainder in crushed gravel. The northern section of the trail passes a terminal moraine dating from the ice age. Along the northern section there are wetlands. The southern section passes typical Wisconsin dairyland.
